Career Explore creates a pathway by creating short-term and long-term goals, with an in-depth research & intensive planning. It’s the most unique and realistic approach in designing your child’s career.

Explore your career with us

  • 1. Understanding the child

    An intensive individual session with the child.
    This session is designed to get to the core qualities,visual world, strengths, weaknesses, personality, abilities, beliefs, values and attitude of the child.

  • 2. Understanding parents perspective

    A session to get a picture of the family’s social structure & their perspective about the child. Also walking them through the findings about the child from the initial sessions.

  • 3. Conducting tests

    Taking the child through personality and skill based tests to verify the data, observed in the first few sessions.

  • 4. Proposing Career options

    Based on the outcomes of the previous sessions, three to four career options from the diverese range of careers, shall be recommended to the child.

  • 5. Career Discussion & Brainstorming

    In this session, child and parent can come up with doubts, questions & confusions about the career options given to them, after researching it themselves. We shall solve all the queries possible.

  • 6. Intensive researching & In-depth planning

    An in-depth study of each career option, right from academic based research (the subjects to be studied, percentage required, competitive exams to enter, finances involved, best colleges in this field) and on-field research (type of jobs, work done on field, work culture, skills required for the field etc)

  • 7. Case studies, profile building & internship support

    In this session, they shall do case studies of the finest people in the respective fields. Also, the child gets support to prepare their profile by undertaking projects and internships in the field they plan to go ahead with.

  • 8. Skill building

    Working on building 4 dominant skills which actually shall define success including communication, emotional awareness, decision making and creative thinking.

  • 9. Providing three years of support

    A successful career is a cluster of fine decisions. Hence we want to be with the child during the ups and downs of their career journey. After completing the process, the child can get in touch and solve their doubts, queries for the the next three years.
